The Gahlok Va are the Bohrok Va assigned to help the Bohrok Gahlok.
History[]
The Gahlok Va were created by the Great Beings to assist the Gahlok in clearing Mata Nui, reverting it to its original status as a barren wasteland. Upon creation, the Va were placed in hibernation along with the other Bohrok, waiting for the time to be awakened to perform their duty.
After Makuta Teridax was defeated by the Toa Mata, he unleashed the swarms to impede their progress. The Gahlok Va awoke, and began aiding the Gahlok in their attempts to level the island, providing Krana to Gahlok that had lost them to the Toa.
The only known action that the Gahlok Va helped in was the invasion of Onu-Koro. As the Gahlok entered the subterranean village, the Gahlok Va came as well, aiding their comrades. Combined, the Bohrok flooded the caverns, rendering the village uninhabitable.
After the Toa Mata defeated and captured the Bahrag, the Gahlok Va helped repair the villages from the damage they caused. Soon, however, the Bohrok-Kal awakened, causing the Gahlok Va to help them instead. Whenever one of the Bohrok-Kal lost their Krana-Kal, the Va automatically supplied them with new Krana-Kal, as was their duty to the other Bohrok. When the Kal were defeated, the Bohrok Va returned to slumber, awaiting when they would be needed.
After a year, the Toa Nuva returned to the abandoned island, and reawakened the Bohrok swarms to cleanse Mata Nui. The Gahlok Va proceeded in helping the Bohrok with their mission, and after the Bohrok finished their mission, they returned to the nests.
Abilities and Traits[]
The Gahlok Va are known for their sluggish movements. This also causes many to believe the Gahlok Va travel slowly, but that is not the case, because they rarely stop moving. They also are skilled at climbing and swimming.
Tools[]
The Gahlok Va carry Climbing Hooks, which improve their skill of climbing. Each Gahlok Va has one hook fitted in place of its left hand.

The Krana can be flung off the holder on its back by pushing down its left arm. An identical set, 1433 Gahlok Va, was released in Japan in 2003 as a promotion for the Kabaya Foods Corporation.
Gahlok Va can be combined with 8551 Kohrak Va to make a Hapaka.
