Pelagia is a Ga-Matoran native to Metru Nui.

Biography

Metru Nui

On Metru Nui, Pelagia lived and worked in Ga-Metru.

She was captured by the Vahki under the command of Makuta Teridax, disguised as Turaga Dume. She was then forced into a Matoran Sphere but was later rescued by the Toa Metru and awakened on the shores of Naho Bay on the island of Mata Nui.

Mata Nui

Pelagia's size and strength was diminished by the effects of the Matoran Sphere she was confined in which also caused her to lose her previous memories. Regardless, under the directions of Nokama, she participated in the construction of Ga-Koro from pieces of dismantled Airships brought to Mata Nui in the Great Rescue.

Owner of Ga-Koro ferry lines, Pelagia rode the ferries from the harbor near Marka's shipyard and transported Matoran to Po-Wahi or Ta-Wahi. The ferry could also lead one to waters based on a sector map where one could dive or catch Takea for a certain amount of Widgets.Skabelon:OnlineCitation

Pelagia was trapped in a sunken hut along with all the other Ga-Matoran during an infected Rahi attack on the village. She was later freed by Takua and witnessed Gali fighting off the Tarakava that had attacked the village.Skabelon:OnlineCitation

Pelagia also took a last stand with Nokama, Onewa, and the other Matoran during the Attack on Ga-Koro shortly before the Bahrag were defeated by the Toa Mata and the Bohrok were deactivated, heralding the conclusion of the Bohrok Invasion.^{[BOA, Ep. 7]}

In the time of peace after the defeat, Pelagia was rebuilt along with the other Matoran, into a more able form.^{[BKOA, Ep. 3]} Continuing her ferry service, Pelagia took Hahli to the Temple of Purity after Hahli discovered its location.Skabelon:OnlineCitation

Return to Metru Nui

After Metru Nui was rediscovered by Takanuva, Pelagia helped to construct Boats so the Matoran could make reach the island. After arriving in the city, Pelagia assisted in the reconstruction work on the city, which had fallen into a state of disrepair. She temporarily stopped her work of reconstruction on order of Jaller, to force the Turaga to reveal where the Toa Nuva had gone, but she eventually got back to work.

Pelagia later relocated to Spherus Magna to live, after the Battle of Bara Magna incapacitated the Great Spirit Robot, adversely affecting the lives of its inhabitants.
