Charger was one of the more unusual Dark Hunters. For starters, Charger was a Kane-Ra in the start of his life. After being mutated, he spoke and thought like a normal being, however it is unknown how he was turned into this form from a Rahi. Even though he was no longer a Kane-Ra, he still had the same suicidal instinct as one. The Shadowed One never sent him up against less then six foes, all of them supposedly stronger then him. However, Charger was able to defeat all of his opponents. Charger's weaknesses included his violent hatred towards all Rahi, especially Muaka. He was also not very stealthy, nor was he a strategic thinker. Instead, he tended to "bring down the fortress, then retrieve the item from the rubble". Charger was armed with sharp blades on his arms and an axe that absorbed an opponent's elemental energy and hurled it back at them. This axe was taken from a Toa supposedly killed by Charger.
