The Kanohi Akaku was the Mask of X-Ray Vison, also called the Mask of Vision. The Great Akaku gave its user the power to see through solid objects and substances in general. Akaku were commonly fitted with telescopic lenses to aid the user's sight.
Akaku were carved out of a mixture of Regeneration and Teleport Kanoka on Metru Nui.Anyone can access the mask's power.

Set Information
The Akaku was first released in 2001 as part of the Kopaka set and later released in the colours of the Toa, red, blue, green, black and brown. It was also released in the Matoro and Kopeke sets.
It was then included in the Solek set during the 2008 storyline.
