The Climbing Chain was a Toa Tool used by Toa Inika Hewkii during his time on Voya Nui. Among other things, it could be used for rock-climbing. The chain was attached to the bottom of Hewkii's Laser Axe. When Hewkii was mutated by the Kanohi Ignika into a Toa Mahri, the Climbing Chain was transformed into Electrified Chains.
