Into the Nest was the sixth BIONICLE comic of the original BIONICLE comic series and the third part of "The Bohrok Saga" sub-series.
Kopaka brought Tahu to the Bohrok Nest. Tahu, when seeing the Bohrok were from Mata Nui, was shocked. He was going to attempt to end it, but Kopaka convinced him to wait until all the Toa were together.
Meanwhile, Onua was engaged in battle with the Krana-wearing Lewa and eventually managed to help free him. Onua returned Lewa's Golden Kanohi that he found when they were about to be ambushed by a swarm of Lehvak. Then a group of Onu-Matoran in Boxor come to the rescue.
Meanwhile, Gali and Pohatu are in Po-Wahi, where they were about to be charged at by the Tahnok. They stole Krana from last issue. Pohatu then created a wall of stone and Gali uses the moisture in the air to create a flood on the other side of the wall, to trap the Tahnok.
Later, all the Toa have gathered to go into the Bohrok nest. Pohatu noticed how smooth the tunnel they are in is. Lewa was worried the Krana may still control him somehow and that he may try to stop the other Toa, but Kopaka said he may try but won't succeed. Tahu then went into a pit to investigate and discovered a nest. Suddenly, the slumbering Bohrok awake at the pit entrance and the exit was closed off. Lewa suddenly sensed the Exo-Toa armor while Pohatu tried to destroy an impossibly hard wall. A wave of molten lava then started coming towards the Toa.
In another location, the Bahrag confirmed that all obstacles were removed, and the mission could continue.
