Energized Protodermis

Energized Protodermis was a very strange and rare type of Protodermis. It would transform or mutate any living being or plant, and turned the Toa Mata into the Toa Nuva. If the living matter was not destined to be transformed, it would be destroyed, like the Karzahni plant was.
