Flax Makers were Ga-Matoran on the island of Mata Nui who lived and worked in Ga-Koro as flax makers. The job of a flax maker was to make flax from Harakeke Plants and Cowrie Shells. The Flax was made with a Flax Weaver. Flax Makers usually had an assistant to deliver the supplies.
The Ga-Matoran Amaya was a flax maker, assisted by Hahli before she became the Chronicler.
