The Kanohi Komau was the Mask of Mind Control. It gave its user the power to see into another's mind and control it. However, it did not allow power over beings with no mind, such as Vahki and some types of Rahi. The Noble version could not control creatures as mentally powerful as the user for as long as the Great Komau. Both versions could create mental pain in the target.
Komau were carved out of a mixture of Freeze, Weaken and Remove Poison Kanoka on Metru Nui.
Example Usage
- Great: In BIONICLE 2: Legends of Metru Nui, Toa Onewa first used his Komau to force Whenua to sit down. He later used it to make Krekka distract Nidhiki from killing Turaga Lhikan.
