Nuhvok-Kal was the Bohrok-Kal of Gravity.

History

Early History

Nuhvok-Kal was at one point a Av-Matoran, but transformed into a Nuhvok. It was later exposed to a mutagenic substance and was transformed into a Bohrok-Kal. It then went into a hibernation state awaiting a time where it would be called upon to fulfill it's destiny of freeing the Bahrag Sisters.

Mata Nui

The Bohrok-Kal were summoned to free the Bahrag on the island of Mata Nui after they were imprisoned by the Toa Mata.

Nuhvoh-Kal then travelled to Ko-Koro, where altered gravity around the guards, making them to heavy to move, and it stole the Nuva Symbol.

Nuhvok-Kal had many run-ins with the Toa Nuva while searching for the Bahrag. At one point, Lewa, Tahu, and several Le-Matoran created a trap for Nuhvok-Kal. They hurdled objects at Nuhvok-Kal in the hopes of exhausting it's gravitational powers, so that they could steal it's Krana-Kal, and hopefully stop Nuhvok-Kal. However, this did not stop the Kal, as it did not depend on the Krana-Kal for direction.

At another point, Tahu tried charging Nuhvok-Kal with a swarm of reprogrammed Tahnok, but the Bohrok were sent into orbit through Nuhvok-Kal's gravity powers.

The Kal later found and entered the Bahrag's Lair and destroyed the Exo-Toa guarding it. Tahu, once the Toa Nuva entered, tried using the Kanohi Vahi against it, but with little effect. Nuhvok-Kal was finally destroyed when Kopaka Nuva's connection to his Nuva Symbol flooded Nuhvok-Kal with too much gravitational power to control, sucking Nuhvok-Kal into a black hole.

Abilities and Traits

Nuhvok-Kal's design sacrificed speed for sheer power. His gravity shield made him one of the most dangerous Bohrok-Kal, but he was closer to being a pacifist - in no hurry to fight. Perhaps it was because his fights ended quickly; as Tahu Nuva discovered the hard way, when Nuhvok-Kal defeated him and an entire swarm of Tahnok under his command at the gates of Ta-Koro. Nuhvok-Kal's gravity shield has the dual ability to negate gravity (its target becomes lighter than air and starts to float away), or intensify gravity (its target becomes much more dense, and sinks into the ground). Nuhvok-Kal was easier (and less lethal) to fight above ground.
