Perditus was a Glatorian who worked for the Fire Tribe as a vehicle pilot. He is also a secret agent to Velika.

History[]

Perditus fought in the Core War for the Fire Tribe led by the Element Lord of Fire. After the Shattering, he ended up on Bara Magna.

He was hired by the Fire Tribe to fight for them in arena matches, and he accepted. He was given the rank of secondary Glatorian. However, unlike the most Glatorian, he preferred vehicle combat before being prime or second Glatorian. He piloted a Thornatus. The role of second Glatorian was given to Malum.

Malum's Banishment[]

After Malum was banished from Vulcanus, Raanu pleaded Perditus to return to being Second Glatorian in Vulcanus. However, Perditus declined and continued to battle in the arena as an arena pilot.

Perditus was also the most recent champion in arena vehicle combat. He later fought against the Skrall in Roxtus and joined the defense force under the leadership of Ackar after the Glatorian united the villages.

Teridax's Arrival[]

Perditus fought beside the other Glatorian against Teridax and his army. When Teridax was killed, he witnessed Mata Nui deactivate himself.

Official Bionicle.com description[]

Perditus is one of the most focused and dedicated drivers. He worked his way up from being a low-level Glatorian to being a champion driver, and he did it by working longer and harder than anyone else. He has no time for friends or anything else.

The most recent champion in vehicle arena combat, the Thornatus V9 is a truly fearsome machine. Its three-pronged forward assembly can tear through opposing vehicles, while its four mounted blasters finish the job. Although heavily armored, the more open design of the cockpit means Perditus must keep opponents from coming in from behind.

Set Information[]

  • Perditius was released in the summer of 2009 along with the Thornatus V9.
  • The set came with 438 pieces, 38 of which are used to build Perditus.
