The enigmatic Phase Dragons love speed and used to chase airships and vehicles speeding along the Le-Metru test track, as well as other Rahi. Now that Metru Nui is largely dead, they pursue anything that moves, sometimes charging to get something to run and accidently causing harm. Although they may look frightening, these Rahi have a surprisingly gentle personality. Their name comes from their uncanny ability to shift to a ghost like form and "phase" through solid objects. This has been a useful ability on the Le-Metru test tracks because at high speeds they are likely to hit something hard once in a while.
