Shadow Takanuva were versions of Takanuva from Alternate Universes except they were Toa of Shadow.
History
Makuta Tridax began travelling to alternate realities and captured a Takanuva from each of them. Using Shadow Leeches, Tridax began draining all of the Takanuvas of their light and making them Toa of Shadow. When Destral was destroyed, some of the Shadow Takanuvas died, while others still slept. One awoke and began debating on destroying the world. Later, three were teleported by Teridax to "Welcome" Mazeka and the parallel Teridax to his universe. The Takanuvas were destroyed by alternate Teridax.
Powers and Tools
Shadow Takanuva possess Shadow powers as a result of them having their inner Light drained. They were known to be cruel and evil.
