A Spirit Star is a star that represents the spirit of a Toa. It would correspond to the color of the Toa's Element (i.e. brown star for a Toa of Stone) Only a Toa that has done a great deed can get a Spirit Star.Lhikan's Spirit Star split into six others representing the Toa Metru in the Metru Nui sky, while six above Mata Nui were believed to represent the Toa Mata. Another one came into being after Takanuva defeated Teridax. It is unknown if the Toa Inika had Spirit Stars.
