Ta-Matoran wear red, yellow, black, and sometimes orange. Having the element of fire, they have a natural resistance to the extreme heat of their forges. They tend to be diligent and responsible; focusing on the virtue of Duty and its principle of Courage. Most were employed in Metru Nui as forgers, making useful tools from molten protodermis; the best forged Kanoka Disks into Kanohi Masks. On Mata Nui they were lava farmers (directing lava where it would be useful) and members of the Ta-Koro Guard; they also enjoy lava surfing in their spare time. Sarda
