"Flame Swords" and "Elemental Fire Blaster"

Are these official names? If not, they shouldn't be links. I haven't seen any official names for the Protectors' weapons.ToaAuserv? 22:25, October 11, 2014 (UTC)

The names come from catalog descriptions here. I assumed they were official. My apologies if they aren't. --Bold Clone 22:28, October 11, 2014 (UTC)

Protector isn't Plural for the 6 Six Winter Sets

The Six Protector Sets were getting this Winter are elders, like the Turaga. There isn't multiple of any Protectors we are getting in the Winter Wave. We don't know what the Villagers of Okoto are called yet, but we need to rename these pages, since the "Protector" in "Protector of Fire" (for example) is not plural.

My impression was that "Protectors" is the name of the villagers, and that the Protector sets are representing the Protector elders. Do you have a quote to back your claim up? I don't mean to question you, but I would prefer to have official confirmation. --Bold Clone 22:17, October 14, 2014 (UTC)
There isn't any confirmation about them being the villager types, either. Not a good idea to do things based on "impressions".
It appears that the Protectors are the elders. Tahu isn't followed by a cluster of villagers up Okoto's highest volcano in "Quest for the Golden Masks," and they are expected to guide Tahu ("In their wisdom, the Protectors must guide the heroes on their quest." Pulled straight from the website.) I also agree with sigless above me that impressions aren't the best thing to go on with this. BombingAnimatronic (talk) 00:01, December 21, 2014 (UTC)

My "impression" comes from User:ToaAuserv, who backed his claim up with evidence from the NYCC--which is more than anything any of you have given me. If you have any further questions, it would probably be best to consult ToaAuserv. --Bold Clone 23:13, October 14, 2014 (UTC)
"Protector" is indeed the generic term for the villagers, not just the chiefs. I explained this in more detail here, but in short the information comes from Jonathan from TTV (who was at NYCC), and the wording of the set descriptions would make no sense if this was not the case. Protector Names?

Narmoto? Where are the names of the protectors coming from? Are they on Bionicle.com?

The Protector's names come from the first book for the new generation.
