Halo Hunter-Rahkshi Connection

Someone on the Halo Wiki pointed out that the Rahkshi may have taken inspiration from the Hunters in the Halo series.

Connections:

Hunters and Rahkshi both have large spikes on their backs
Rahkshi are armor inhabited by a worm. A Hunter is armor inhabited by many worms.
Both have a gold variant (Gold Hunter in Halo 3: ODST and Heat Vision Rahkshi).
Both are larger than their enemies
Both lack true vocal skills and speak in grunts, roars, and screeches.

PS: Nice to see the wiki's still going even though lego killed it off. That tore a hole in my life. But Halo filled most of it.

I know this is a kind of old thing you posted, and I do see some similarities, but odds are they weren't intentional, and the heat vision rahkshi kind of stretches it. Tristan7grunt 03:29, January 10, 2012 (UTC)

Anyone see the resemblence?

Also Dummy plug and kraata controlling them are both inserted through the spine and both carry a staff-like weapon. The heat vision rahkshi are literally mass produced, but have never been stylized like that.

Shapeshifting??

Where did the shapeshifting Rahkshi's colours go? I have wrote them all down a while ago and mine says that they're BLUE BODY WITH GOLD LIMBS. But I might be wrong, but could we find the colours again?

Rahkshi Kaita I think i spelled that right anyways I have a bio comic where the toa nuva fight the rahkshi Kaita It was the comic before the Toa Metru
