Toa energy was the power within a Toa. It should not be confused with elemental energy. Toa energy could not be restored, and if it was used up it would turn the Toa into a Turaga. Toa energy was needed to be found in certain Matoran to become Toa. Toa energy could also be put into Toa Stones.
