I believe that this will probably be deleted but here it goes. I have noticed that active responsable counter vandals do not have administroter powers but inactive administrators do nothing. I believe that they should be demoted. NOT because they are bad but they dont need the powers because they are simply never around. Also their has been some abuse of administrator powers.
Just give the active users power, they deserve it.
