I've been looking around the site and I saw alot of stuff about tuma55 and vakamatrugaofire. From what I unerstand tuma55 and vakamatrugaofire planned a vandal attack on diferent sites. So, i'd just like to know why isn't vakamtrugaofire permanently blocked here? he is also a dupe of draxon2 who insulted a staff member. So why isn't vakamtrugoffire blocked forever here?
